Human Rights

What are human rights? Human rights are a set of moral principles that describe certain standards of human behaviour. These standards are universal, meaning they are applicable to all people, regardless of nationality, ethnicity, gender, religion, or any other characteristic.

Human rights are based on the belief that all human beings are deserving of certain fundamental rights and freedoms. These rights are inherent to our nature as human beings, and we are entitled to them simply by virtue of being alive. They are not contingent upon any other factors, such as our ability to contribute to society or our level of intelligence. There are many different types of human rights, including the right to life, the right to freedom from torture, the right to freedom of expression, the right to work, and the right to an education. All human rights are important, but some may be more relevant to our lives than others.

If you believe your Human Rights are at risk of infringement, then please contact Major Immigration Services for a consultation and we can assist you in putting your case forward to the Home Office.
